One of Ireland's largest airline are currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join the Ground Ops Department of Europe's Favourite Airline
Really exciting opportunity to join a very busy team.
The successful candidate will be based in North, Dublin offices near the airport.
We are looking for people who are keen to learn and quick to adapt in a fast-changing environment. Owing to the precise and organized nature of our Operations, it is important that candidates exhibit a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Duties Include:
• Support system integrations between HR and global payroll systems including resolving discrepancies
• Update payroll in relation to salary changes for movements within the Company
• Check the input of information relating to new starters i.e. tax, bank information etc.
• Preparation of monthly payroll related journals
• Assist in the work on current expansion projects and ad-hoc reporting as the need arises
• Prepare and process spreadsheets for variable payments/deductions
• Prepare and bulk load spreadsheets to the payroll
• Assist with internal controls and procedures, including documentation and testing
• Preparation of 3rd party payments Participate in different payroll projects and other opportunities as assigned
Hybrid split of 2days in the office 3 days from home, we have a very flexible approach and we know how important work life balance is to our employees.
