The International Marketing Manager is a pivotal role in our global marketing organization who will oversee the governance of our regional marketing teams, ensuring adherence to all marketing plans and securing necessary approvals for all marketing activities across our diverse regions and markets. The International Marketing Manager will act as a critical liaison, feeding information back to the regions from our global marketing team and ensuring alignment with our overarching marketing strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Governance and Oversight:

· Oversee the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns by regional marketing teams.

· Ensure compliance with global marketing guidelines and brand standards in all regions.

· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of regional marketing activities and initiatives.

Approval and Adherence:

· Ensure all regional marketing plans are aligned with global objectives and attain the required approvals.

· Review and approve regional marketing materials, ensuring they meet corporate standards and lega requirements.

Communication and Coordination:

· Act as a primary point of contact between the global marketing team and regional marketing teams.

· Communicate global marketing updates, strategies, and initiatives to regional teams effectively.

· Gather and provide feedback from regional teams to the global marketing team to inform future strategies and campaigns.

Strategy and Planning:

· Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop and implement marketing plans that align with global objectives.

· Assist in the development of marketing budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective operations.

· Identify and leverage market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to optimize marketing strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

· Prepare regular reports on the performance of regional marketing activities and their alignment with global strategies.

· Analyse regional marketing data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Director of Business & Product Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree is an advantage but not essential.

· Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in international marketing, with a proven track record of managing regional teams.

· Strong understanding of global marketing principles and practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and regions.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Ability to work both independently, seek guidance as needed, and work within a global team across time zones.

· Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.

· Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.

· Ability to travel internationally as needed (up to 10% per annum).

· Fluent written and spoken English.
