We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial reporting manager with fluency in Chinese to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing the financial reporting process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing teams and working in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities:


• Manage the financial reporting process, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements and related disclosures, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.


• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, including the review and analysis of financial data, journal entries, and account reconciliations.


• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information, identify and resolve discrepancies, and provide recommendations for improvements in financial reporting processes.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external auditors, tax advisors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders, to support financial reporting requirements.


• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.


• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure timely and effective communication of financial results and insights.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• ACCA/ ACA or equivalent professional certification required.


Fluency in both English and Chinese, both written and spoken.


• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting or accounting skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading projects in a multinational environment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
