Senior Technical Product Manager

Microsoft is looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our Azure Monitor team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our monitoring pipeline and ensuring our solutions meet stringent security and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Azure Monitor pipeline, focusing on security and compliance features.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and organizational goals.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality product features on time and within scope.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure Azure Monitor solutions adhere to the highest security and compliance standards, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and other relevant regulations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, track product performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.
- Customer Migration: Support seamless customer migration to Azure Monitor, addressing feature gaps and ensuring minimal disruption.
Qualifications
- Experience: Sustantial experience in product management, preferably in cloud services, security, or compliance.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud computing, monitoring solutions, and security and compliance standards.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving results.
- Customer Focus: Deep empathy for customers and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure Monitor or similar cloud monitoring solutions.
- Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, and other relevant security and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
