What is the Job

As a Content Management specialist, you will be responsible for analysing, providing feedback and feeding content to the systems.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve issues for the Team.
  • Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures.
  • Serve as an advocate for the user community
  • Engage in socially sensitive topics, with the purpose of keeping the communities safe.
  • Participate in training programs and workgroup discussions for development of the role.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in #Dutch and English
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure quality of work.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Good knowledge of internet and associated technologies.
  • Background is office job preferred, but retail, customer service, recent graduates welcome
