Our client in Dublin 24 is looking for a Mobile Administrator to join their team. Get ready for an exciting opportunity
Key requirements:
- Full driving license and vehicle for weekly travel between sites
Role overview: Provide support to the company, Compliance Manager, and Country Manager. Ensure compliance and operational documents are complete and up to date.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage Requisition process and orders
- Handle supplier queries and assist the finance team
- Manage general office tasks
- Welcome visitors and clients
- Support Compliance Manager with audits and documentation
- Prepare documentation for meetings and reviews
Desired qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Background in Hosting, Managed Services, or Data Centre
- Strong communication and numerical skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Great telephone and front desk etiquette
- Own transport and valid driver's license
