Facilities & Utilities Maintenance Manager

CPL are continuing to work closely with global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life. Their portfolio of life-changing technologies spans the spectrum of healthcare, as they continue their exciting growth plans across Europe and specifically within Ulster. I am currently recruiting for a Facilities & Utilities Maintenance Manager on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining the engineering team to be based in Co. Cavan.

Roles & Responsibilities;

This is a key role that will require excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills and will interact with all levels of the organisation ensuring priorities are managed objectively and in line with the overall business strategy.

What we are looking for;


• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering) is required.


• Experience in operations / manufacturing environment.


• Experience in the management of outsourced services with demonstrated ability to run and manage service providers.


• Experience utilizing Lean six sigma fundamentals RCA's and FMECA's to identify the root cause of issues and evaluate related underlying issues. Quantify issue's using 6 sigma tools Pareto and DMAIC
