• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the application and use of People Change Management methodologies (ideally CM certified)


• Primary degree in relevant/related discipline is preferred


• Experience of operating within a standardised Programme/Project management life-cycle methodology with associated processes and governance


• Experience in applying EVM techniques for assessing Project status and performance


• Experience of managing projects within a project portfolio management environment


• Experience of collaborating/leading matrixed teams, where strong influencing and motivational skills are essential


• Evidence of strong communication and presentation skills


• Evidence of strong interpersonal, team building and leadership skills


• Highly proficient in MS suite, including MS Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint


• Experience of working with a wide range of external stakeholders including Government Agencies, State Authorities and External Vendors


• Experience in the developing and implementation of new operating frameworks and associated people change dimensions


• Experience in operating within a Public Procurement policy environment

The Role –


• Key responsibilities include ensuring the workstream and its component parts operate in compliance with the my clients Programme and Project management standards


• Maintain and develop an overarching Programme Plan and the associated monitoring and reporting of Programme schedule, budget, scope and RAID


• Given the nature of the overall Programme it is important to be able to work off personal initiative in order to meet the project/programme goals


• Ability to perform the full range of Programme Office management disciplines


• Report regularly, accurately and comprehensively on Programme progress to the Programme Management team and Executive level governance structures


• Actively support the professionalisation and continuous improvement in programme, project and change management
