This organisation is a major global brand.

With the development of a new corporate legal team in Dublin and further expansion on the agenda, they are now looking for a junior level corporate solicitor to join the team.

This corporate legal team has the benefit of a fantastic brand and a loyal client base providing excellent quality work from substantial share and corporate re-organisations to mainstream M&A.


As a corporate solicitor in the team you will work under partners with an excellent reputation in the market and a heavyweight M&A and private equity background.

You will play a key role in the team, advising large corporate clients and providing commercial legal advice to management teams and senior director level figures.


The size of the team provides that the role will be hands on but hugely varied offering real potential for an ambitious corporate solicitor to push their expertise and progress quickly, with a a number of well-established Corporate Partners.

High level M&A work forms the backbone of the work within the team however experience in private equity, reorganisations and capital markets work would also be advantageous though not essential.

You will have a strong technical ability and most likely will have trained at a Top Tier, international or strong mid-tier firm.


The successful corporate solicitor will ideally be at the - 4 years' qualified level although those with more experience will be considered.


Much of your work will be alongside non-lawyers in the business which adds to the varied nature of the opportunity.
