This is a Monday to Friday business hours role.The Content Moderator will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations. This individual will also assist in the development and implementation of privacy policies and procedures, as well as provide training and support to internal teams on privacy best practices.This will involve staying up-to-date on changes in privacy laws and regulations, as well as best practices in the field of privacy and data protection. This individual will also be responsible for conducting research on emerging privacy issues and providing recommendations for addressing potential risks.

Requirements

Overall, the Content Moderator plays a crucial role in safeguarding our clients' data and ensuring that their products comply with privacy laws and regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of privacy principles, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced and complex environment.This role is crucial in ensuring that the clients' policies are being upheld and that all incoming privacy requests are being handled in a timely and efficient manner. It is important that you continuously educate yourself on any policy changes or updates to stay informed and up-to-date with current protocols.Collaboration with team members, policy specialists, and other departments is essential in addressing cases and regulatory inquiries effectively. Maintaining a high level of quality in each case you review is key to ensuring that all requests are handled accurately and in compliance with our clients' policies.Meeting weekly productivity goals and supporting different workflows/products/markets as needed shows your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs. Developing your skills in various areas such as data analysis, tools, and quality assessment will not only benefit you in your current role but also in your career growth within the company.Overall, your role will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity and security of our clients' data and ensuring that all privacy requests are processed efficiently and accurately. Your dedication to quality and collaboration will contribute to the overall success of our team and company.Candidates should already live in the Dublin area as there is no relocation with this role.
