About the Company/Role.A truly unique opportunity to see your career flourish with an innovative and growing company in an exciting market space filled with potential.FitzMac are an established innovative modular building company based in county Limerick delivering state of the art modern pre-fabricated modular buildings from its purpose built production facility.Concentrating predominately on the commercial market but with an emerging focus to expand into the residential area.FitzMac are committed to being on the leading edge of construction innovation and as such require the very best talent to join the team in this fulfilling work environment.We pledge to invest in our team's development and growth.Utilising this modern method of producing buildings has allowed us to secured a steady pipeline of projects in this growing sector.It's a great time to join and progress within the business.Looking for dedicated, forward thinking Individuals like you who want to take responsibility and develop their career.At FitzMac our people are our key to success.Join us and we can achieve great things togetherDuties & ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the Production Manager.Responsible for completing tasks within the Production Facility.Comply with SOP's and adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures including the use of proper PPE.Adhere to work instructions and procedures.Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.Bring any machine or product defects to the attention of your supervisor.Ensure safety and quality procedures are adhered to at all times.Maintain equipment and work area in careful and orderly manner.Reporting any accidents or near misses is expected and assistance with any investigation is a prerequisite of the Company's safety policy.Participate fully in Lean Manufacturing processes and embrace new methods of working.Selection Criteria/Person Specification:Experience in a similar role.Ability to work as part of a team and independently.Skilled in the use of general hand tools and power tools.Experienced with working at heights is an advantage.Ability to interpret Engineering Drawings.Safe Pass, Manual Handling and Driving License an advantage.Travel to sites requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: From €***** per hourLanguage:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
