Our client seeks an experienced FP&A and Business Partnering Lead in West Dublin.
This key role will focus on financial strategy, cost analysis, and operational efficiencies, collaborating closely with senior management to drive performance and growth.

You will shape financial insights and decision-making in a dynamic organization.
This standalone role within the finance department offers autonomy and direct access to senior leadership, ideal for someone eager to influence the company's direction.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, the ability to deliver concise insights, and experience creating visually appealing reports.
Ownership of the budget process and the ability to build trust with senior colleagues are essential.

Responsibilities: Develop, prepare, and maintain monthly financial forecasts, including budget reconciliations and analysis for all departments.
Analyze departmental financial results and KPIs, preparing monthly and quarterly reports with commentary.
Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with SLT and finance colleagues.
Partner with senior leadership and budget holders to optimize financial performance and meet targets.
Present business cases to senior leadership for capital expenditures.
Standardize month-end reporting and FP&A activities, ensuring data is in suitable formats.
Lead ad hoc project work within finance.
Promote a culture of process improvement and a 'finance first' approach, focusing on streamlining and adding value.
Requirements: Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA Ireland).
3-5 years PQE in a commercial finance role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing a budget process.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
Experience with Oracle ERP, Hyperion, SAP, or Essbase is advantageous.
Ability to simplify complex data for non-financial colleagues.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across levels.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Technologically savvy.
Team-oriented and supportive attitude.
