We're currently partnering with an innovative, fast-scaling technology business to hire a commercially minded financial planning and analysis professional for their Dublin-based finance team.

This is a high-impact role suited to an ambitious finance professional who enjoys financial modelling, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance and trend analysis
  • Provide data-driven insights on commercial performance and KPIs using CRM and operational systems
  • Partner closely with sales, operations, and senior leadership to inform business strategy
  • Lead presentations and communicate financial results clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A tools and reporting

Ideal Background:

  • 2–3 years' experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g. NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage
  • Curious, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
