Company DescriptionReliance Consultants specialize in the Civil Engineering and Infrastructure construction industry.We provide estimating/quantity surveying and project management services to the Civil and Construction industry.Using innovative software, we ensure accurate and realistic cost planning and cost management for our clients.Our expertise and advanced tools help deliver reliable and efficient construction solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Junior Quantity Surveyor.Based in Co.Clare, this is a site based role.The role involves Day-to-day tasks include cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs, planning costs, and reporting on costs.The Junior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects remain on budget and deadlines are met.QualificationsCost Control and Cost Management skillsExperience in Cost Planning and BOQ preparationProficiency in maintaining accurate recordsStrong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fieldExperience with relevant software and tools is a plus
