Salary in line with current Industry levels The role: Prepare project cost estimates and budgets.
Review quotes and appoint subcontractors Agree subcontractor applications for payment.
Prepare monthly valuations and agree with client representatives.
Monitor project performance.
Complete ongoing financial analysis of project costs.
Provide regular project cash flow updates Complete regular reviews of supply chain performance Qualifications/Experience The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience working in Construction as a Quantity Surveyor.
