About the Role:
Are you passionate about software quality and innovation?
We're looking for a talented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)to join our growing engineering team.
In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products—leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to automate and enhance testing processes, and supporting the delivery of next-generation agentic products to market.
You'll work with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, high-quality automated tests, while championing best practices and promoting a culture of excellence.
What You'll Do:
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to assist in the creation of test cases, unit tests, UI tests, and performance tests—accelerating automation and increasing coverage.
Develop comprehensive testing strategies for AI-based products, including testing agent responses, evaluating model reliability, validating data inputs and outputs, and ensuring overall system performance.
Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks using C#, Python, and/or TypeScript.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
Develop and execute contract testing (e.g., PACT testing) to ensure seamless integration with external APIs and services.
Collaborate closely with developers to understand requirements and identify potential issues early in the development lifecycle.
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle—from planning and design to release and maintenance.
Promote a culture of quality by advocating for best practices and continuous improvement throughout the development process.
What You Bring:
Proven experience using AI tools for test creation and execution, improving efficiency and accuracy in test automation.
Experience developing QA strategies for AI-based products, including evaluating agent responses and ensuring model fairness and scalability.
Strong programming skills in C#, Python, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
Experience with contract testing and tools like PACT.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with performance and security testing.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
