Company Overview:
They are a well-established engineering company based in Dublin 17, operating a busy sales office that supports both trade and customer operations.
They are currently seeking a reliable and efficient
Office Sales Administrator
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
General office duties including typing, filing, and handling daily correspondence
Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries and orders
Processing invoices, order dockets, and credit card payments
Dealing with customers at the trade counter
Arranging shipments and handling associated documentation
Monitoring and responding to daily emails
Using Opera 3 software to process transactions (training will be provided)
Requirements:
Previous office administration experience is essential
Experience using Opera 3 software is an advantage, but not essential
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy office environment
