As part of our Software Center for Advanced AI Architecture, you'll establish architectural standards for complex AI systems, drive innovation in deployment technologies and infrastructure, and translate strategic business needs into breakthrough engineering solutions.
You'll have the authority to set technical direction, influence product architecture across multiple lines of business, and see your engineering leadership enable AI transformation at global scale.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale AI systems on Microsoft Azure.
You'll drive technical decisions, establish AI engineering standards, and work closely with principal engineers to shape the strategic direction of AI infrastructure across Quest's SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
Architect and lead development of enterprise-scale AI systems and deployment strategies
Design scalable, multi-tenant AI infrastructure using Azure services and containerization
Establish AI engineering best practices, standards, and automated deployment workflows
Lead integration of AI capabilities across Quest's Microsoft technology stack
Drive performance optimization and cost management for AI workloads at scale
Mentor team members and collaborate with principal engineers on strategic AI initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years focused on AI/ML systems
Expert-level experience with Python, C#/.
NET, and Azure AI services (Azure ML, Azure OpenAI)
Proven experience designing and implementing production ML systems and MLOps practices
Strong background in containerization, microservices, and cloud-native architecture
Nice to Have:
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and enterprise security frameworks
Leadership experience and mentoring capabilities
Knowledge of responsible AI practices and compliance requirements
