Join to apply for theHead of Sales, EMEArole atWillis Aeronautical Services, Inc.Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our European sales strategy for commercial aviation aftermarket engine parts.This role will be instrumental in expanding our market share, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth across the region.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on commercial engine parts and USM.Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including airlines, MROs, lessors, and OEMs.Ensure customer RFQs are answered quickly and accurately.Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations for major accounts.Collaborate with internal teams including operations, repair management, and inventory to align sales efforts with supply capabilities.Work with WASI Senior Leadership Team to develop sales targets based on customer demand and projected supply.Collaborate with WLFC sales team to identify opportunities in EMEA.Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity to inform strategy.Identify opportunities to expand product offerings in response to customer requirements.Pursue opportunities to expand inventory through strategic purchases and consignment agreements.Represent Willis Aeronautical Services at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across Europe.Build, lead, and mentor regional sales staff as the team grows.Qualifications/Requirements:10+ years of experience in aviation aftermarket sales, with a strong focus on engine parts.Proven track record of success in developing and managing international accounts.Established relationships with key decision makers at target customers.Deep understanding of USM, teardown strategies, and repair cycles.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Skilled in developing win-win solutions that balance customer requirements with company objectives, emphasizing value over transactional pricing.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Experience with ERP systems such as Quantum.Background in managing cross-border sales teams or partnerships.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in European aviation markets.Travel:Up to 50% travel in region and to the USSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSalesIndustriesAirlines and AviationReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Willis Aeronautical Services, Inc. by 2xNote:We're not listing external job postings beyond this description.Sign in to set job alerts for "Head of Sales" roles.#J-*****-Ljbffr
