Solution based on preventive genetic testing is seeking a Country Manager to join our dynamic team. GenePlanet is an innovative, high-tech company present in more than 40 countries.
We specialize in providing preventive genetic tests that empower individuals to take control of their health.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual capable of excellent performance in the role of a Country Manager focusing on medical genetic tests, particularly prenatal screening (NIPT).

You will seek new business opportunities and manage different expert teams to optimize existing sales processes, as well as explore new sales channels and opportunities with out-of-the-box thinking.

You will be the front face of the company, dedicated to creating and implementing an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales, forging strong client relationships, and exploiting new market opportunities.

Tasks Your skills: Hands-on, sales-driven, and goal-oriented with excellent people skills. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. A solid background in business development and team management. In-depth knowledge of the local healthcare industry and laboratory business, especially in the private sector. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a sales team and address individual weaknesses. Proficiency in English is a MUST; additional languages are a plus. Requirements Your skills: Hands-on, sales-driven, and goal-oriented with strong people skills. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. A solid background in business development and team management. In-depth knowledge of the local healthcare industry and laboratory business, particularly in the private sector. Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate sales teams, and work on individual weaknesses. Proficiency in English is a MUST; any additional language is a plus. Advantageous qualifications include: Higher education degree (medicine, biotechnology, biology, biochemistry, microbiology, or similar). Knowledge of local NIPT and other first trimester screening products. Experience in gynecology or laboratory business sectors.
