Solution based on preventive genetic testing is seeking a Country Manager to join our dynamic team.
GenePlanet is an innovative, high-tech company present in more than 40 countries.
We specialize in providing preventive genetic tests that empower individuals to take control of their health.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual capable of excellent performance in the role of Country Manager , focusing on medical genetic tests with an emphasis on prenatal screening (NIPT).
Your role will involve seeking new business opportunities, managing expert teams to optimize sales processes, and exploring new sales channels with out-of-the-box thinking.
You will be the face of the company, responsible for creating and implementing an effective sales strategy aimed at driving sustainable growth by increasing sales, building strong client relationships, and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
Tasks Your skills: Hands-on, sales-driven, goal-oriented individual with excellent people skills.
Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Solid experience in business development and team management.
Deep knowledge of the local healthcare industry and laboratory business, especially in the private sector.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate sales teams and address individual weaknesses.
Proficiency in English is REQUIRED; additional languages are a plus.

You would have an advantage with: Higher education degree (medicine, biotechnology, biology, biochemistry, microbiology, or similar).
Knowledge of local NIPT and other first-trimester screening products.
Experience in gynecology or laboratory business fields.
