The responsibilities of a carer include (but are not limited to) personal care, toileting, meal preparation, moving & transferring, Alzheimer's, Dementia, and high dependency care, supervising medication, light housework/basic shopping needs.Deliver high-quality care and assistance to our clients as per their Care Plan.The Care Plan will be placed in each client's homes and carers must follow this guide.Supporting social interactions and activities, providing companionship.Encourage independence.Observe, listen, and engage with clients and maintain positive relationships with the client and the family.Be punctual and manage time effectively.Always observe confidentiality policies.Communicate with Kare Plan any changes or concerns in relation to Client needs/care.Report and record any incidents.Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.What you will receive:Competitive rate of pay - up to €20 per hour (paid fortnightly)Refer a friend scheme (up to €500 per referral)Mileage Allowance (up to €175 per month)Full training providedEAP schemeBike to Work SchemeUniform & PPE providedPromotions available (Senior HCA/Rapid Response/Office opportunities)We are looking for Carers who:Have started/completed QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalentHave drivers licence & own transportAre reliable, dedicated, diligent and trustworthyAre fluent in English both verbally and writtenWhat you need to do:Deliver high quality care and assistance to our clients as per their Care Plan – personal care, toileting, meal preparation, moving & transferring, supervise medicationObserve, listen and engage with clientsBe punctual and manage time effectivelyCommunicate with Kare Plan any changes or concerns in relation to Client needs/careAdhere to Health & Safety regulationsJob Types: Permanent, Full-timePay: Up to €***** per hourExpected hours: No less than 30 per weekSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityExperience:Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (preferred)driving licence and your own car (preferred)Work Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to €***** per hourBenefits:Company eventsFree or subsidised travelOn-site parkingSick payLicence/Certification:QQI Level 5 in healthcare or equivalent (preferred)Driving licence and your own car (preferred)Work Location: On the road
