ICE Group are recruiting for an experienced administrator to support a busy multidisciplinary healthcare team within the Public Sector.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and enjoys variety in their day.
Key Responsibilities
Accurate typing of correspondence, notes, and reports, including typingwork
General admin tasks such as filing, updating records, and document management
Covering reception as needed – answering phones and handling enquiries
Supporting a senior administrator in coordinating tasks and keeping things running smoothly
Working independently using internal systems to manage day-to-day workload
Assisting a wider clinical and administrative team as needed
Essential Skills & Experience
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or public sector setting
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Excellent attention to detail and time management
A team player who is also comfortable working on their own initiative
