Partner, The Panel, Executive Search & Selection —
Product Director - Leasing
The Director of Leasing Product is responsible for supporting the development of our product strategy and will identify new market opportunities for Leasing, develop new and/or update existing products and manage the product lifecycle.
This role will partner closely with cross-functional process owners to ensure effective deployment and execution of Leasing strategies in market.
The Director is also responsible for measurement and monitoring, KPI tracking and ad-hoc analysis to assess the performance of products.
Responsibilities
Conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify new market opportunities and target markets for Leasing.
Identify and assess new Leasing products and business models to meet market opportunities.
Support VP with product roadmap and prioritization.
Work cross-functionally to develop the business case for new products and to understand buy vs. build options for new Leasing products.
Identify data requirements and improvement for effective reporting on Leasing Product.
Develop Leasing Product KPIs and reports on product KPI performance.
Experience / Qualifications
Over 10+ years in Product Management within Financial Services / Leasing sector with bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
Extensive business acumen and deep understanding of business objectives.
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational planning, decision making and analytical skills.
Strong process improvement and project management background.
