We are looking for a professional and reliable Construction Security Officer to oversee the safety and security of our premises, assets, staff, and visitors.The ideal candidate will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behaviour and preventing vandalism, thefts, or other criminal behaviour.About Us:Pulse Security Management is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration.We are dedicated to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment, where everyone is treated with respect and has the opportunity to succeed.We provide a range of security services from event guards, manned guarding, corporate security, risk protection, mobile patrol and close protection.Role Details:Location: CelbridgeShifts: DaysRate: €***** per hourResponsibilities:Monitor Premises: Patrol the premises regularly to maintain a visible presence and identify any potential threats or suspicious behaviour.Access Control: Manage access points by verifying the identification of employees, visitors, and contractors.Ensure only authorized individuals are allowed into secure areas.Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including fire, unauthorized access, and medical emergencies, following established protocols.Incident Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities, including equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.Safety Procedures: Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security, and assist with safety inspections.Customer Service: Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors, answering questions and guiding them as needed.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other security team members and report directly to the Security Supervisor or Facilities Manager.RequirementsQualifications:QQI Level 4 - Basic Guarding SkillsPSA Licence - StaticSafe PassManual HandlingDriving Licence with Own Transport (desirable)1 Year Experience (desirable)Working Conditions:Environment: Work may be indoor or outdoor based on facility requirements and shift hours.The position may involve long periods of standing or walking.Shifts: Shift work may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on company needs.QQI - Level 4 - Basic Guarding SkillsManual HandlingSafepass
