We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join our team in expanding and improving our Engagement Channel solutions.

We succeed together, so your peers will always have your back.An opportunity to co-ordinate complex deployments and improve developer experience at Workhuman by bringing in new ideas unconstrained by existing approaches**The skills you will bring:** Ideally, 6+ years of front-end development experience.You have experience with JS, React framework.Problem solving is a strength of yours.
You bring the ability to interpret data and business strategy, understanding constraints and trade-offs.You have experience in mentoring other team members about best practices, latest updates and version, and fostering consistent coding styles and guidelines Experience of Java RESTful as an API design is advantageous.You have a proven ability to build systems that scale reliably without intervention, taking into account the trade-offs between things like scalability, efficiency, and security
