To provide HR support and guidance to a confidential company with teams across Ireland.
This is a hands-on role that focuses on giving advice and support on day-to-day HR matters, especially in Employee Relations.
The Employee Relations Specialist will work closely with managers and employees to help create a positive and respectful workplace.
This role supports the company's values of teamwork, fairness, and continuous improvement by helping to deliver effective HR solutions that benefit both the people and the business.
The position is hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home, and is based in South Dublin.
A full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, as occasional travel to Cork and Kilkenny is required. Responsibilities Required: Provide professional HR support to the Director of HR and Communications in delivering HR services across the PRL business.Collaborate closely with operational managers to advise and assist on employee matters and day-to-day HR queries.Ensure full compliance with HR policies and procedures, including accurate maintenance of employee records and documentation.Manage and support all aspects of employee relations in accordance with company policies, employment legislation, and best practice.Lead on case management involving disciplinaries, grievances, performance issues, absence management, and complaints relating to bullying and harassment.Conduct thorough and confidential investigations into complex HR issues, applying critical thinking to reach fair and evidence-based conclusions.Provide coaching and guidance to line managers, helping them to manage teams effectively and confidently handle HR matters.Support the management of attendance and absence procedures across the business.Assist in internal and external audit preparation and execution where required.Contribute to the delivery of HR transactional processes and the preparation of data and analytics for senior management reporting.Assist with the implementation of HR policies and the rollout of training needs analyses (TNAs) across relevant business areas.Manage HR data and maintain accurate reporting on HR metrics.Support the internal training function and participate in wider HR projects and initiatives as they arise.Provide cover for the Senior HR Associate when required, taking responsibility for delegated duties as needed.Experience Required: Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.CIPD qualification or working towards it (desirable).3+ years experience in a similar HR role with a strong focus on employee relations.Solid knowledge of Irish employment law, conflict resolution, and WRC processes.Proven experience managing ER cases and advising at all levels of the organisation.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Able to handle confidential information with discretion and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.Full driving licence for occasional travel.Ifyouwouldliketoprogressyourcareerwithaglobalorganisationandyouhavetherelevantexperience,getintouchtodaywithyourCVtofindoutmore.SendyourCVto******
