One of our Directors is looking for a personal assistant to work closely with her and assist with all day-to-day administration within her department.The candidate does not need to have extensive experience or knowledge of the auction business, but a keen interest will be beneficial.The candidate will need to be passionate about administration and organisation.LocationDublin, IrelandFull TimeJob responsibilities(but not limited to):- Assisting with the day-to-day administration duties of the department (calls, update the director's schedule, emails)- Stock control- Managing packing and shipping of lots- Meeting clients on a regular basis- Assisting with regular travel arrangements- Taking care of the director's expenses and other personal administration- Auction set ups, viewings and eventsProfile requirements:- Minimum of 2-3 years of PA experience with great administrative and organisation skills- Great attention to detail- Competent with Microsoft office, (PowerPoint & InDesign would be a plus)- Multitasker, proactive, capable to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Needs to be a people person and have the ability to be professional and helpful with clients in person and on the phone- Punctual and flexible with later work hours on occasion- Available full-time on site with occasional paid weekend work for jewellery exhibitions and deadlines- Capable to work independently at times when the director is on regular business tripsSalary: Dependant on experienceHow to applyApplications: CV including references & a motivation letter to be sent to ******Only candidates we intend to interview will be hearing back from us within a week, due to the large amount of applications.James Adam & Sons Ltd, Fine Art Auctioneers and Valuers, 26 St. Stephen's Green, Dublin 2,D02 X665, Ireland#J-*****-Ljbffr
