This team acts as a strategic partner to the largest multinationals in Ireland, helping them build, reshape, and future-proof their Finance functions.
Ideal candidate profile:
With 3+ years of experience in Finance Transformation within a large multinational
A recently qualified accountant seeking a role outside traditional accounting or auditing
Your Key Responsibilities:
Engagement Delivery:
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to plan, execute, and deliver finance transformation projects on time and within budget.
Sample projects include Target Operating Model Design/Redesign, ERP Implementation, etc.
Client Management:
Build strong relationships with clients, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and outcomes.
Team Collaboration:
Work in a high-performance team environment that encourages knowledge sharing for continuous improvement.
Ideal Background:
Experience: 3+ years delivering finance function change, either in consulting or industry, ideally for a large multinational
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; ACCA, CIMA, PMP, or Prince2 certifications are a plus.
