Partnered with a leading Finance Transformation/Office of CFO team that is experiencing double-digit growth. This team acts as a strategic partner to the largest multinationals in Ireland, helping them build, reshape, and future-proof their Finance functions.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • With 3+ years of experience in Finance Transformation within a large multinational
  • A recently qualified accountant seeking a role outside traditional accounting or auditing

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engagement Delivery: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to plan, execute, and deliver finance transformation projects on time and within budget. Sample projects include Target Operating Model Design/Redesign, ERP Implementation, etc.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in a high-performance team environment that encourages knowledge sharing for continuous improvement.

Ideal Background:

  • Experience: 3+ years delivering finance function change, either in consulting or industry, ideally for a large multinational
  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; ACCA, CIMA, PMP, or Prince2 certifications are a plus.
