Malta Air Graduate – Safety – Immediate Start

Our unique programmes offer you the chance to rotate through a number of key business areas in your chosen programme, will get continued mentorship from our senior leadership team, be brought on a number of trips around the network to better understand Ryanair and its operations and some well-deserved nights out.
The Programme:
All graduates will start in our Dublin HQ for a period of 6 months before transferring to our office in Malta for the remaining 1.5 years of the programme.
This programme will be based in our Safety dept covering all aspects including Flight Ops, Compliance and Engineering

What you need to get in –
You will need to be on track to achieve a minimum of 2.1 and have excelled in your degree course.
We want inspirational graduates who have a story to tell and who have strong outside interests.
Cultural fit at Ryanair is just as important as academics.

Requirements
Studies in a relevant degree programme and either secured a 2.1 or above or be on track to
Must have graduated/ finished university no earlier than 2023
Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel freely throughout the network.
Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
The ability to work on own initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good sense of humour and doesn't take themselves too seriously
