Are you looking for a career move that will put you at the heart of a global financial institution?Then bring your skills in product management and development, commercialization, industry knowledge and strategic thinking to Citi's Global Cross Border Payments team.Shape your career with Citi in Dublin.By joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.Citi has had a presence in Ireland since ****, it was one of the first foreign banks to open an office in the country and is the Citibank Europe Plc Headquarters.Team/Role OverviewThis role will focus on the strategic forward thinking, transformation of our Global Cross Border Payment infrastructure and its Payments Capability, a deep integration with our FX Markets partners, bringing together the synergies of industry developments, regulations, infrastructure, and client needs to build best in class payments solutions.This role will be part of the Global Cross Border Payments team, reporting to the Global Cross Border Transformation Head.What you'll doResponsible for all components of the development and implementation of major/multiple/highly complex projects.Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and status reports.Provides strategic business direction for projects managed.Impacts the project leadership function by strategic influence and by exercising control over resources, budget management and planning, accountable for end results.Exercise a strong Risk and Control discipline in all stages of program deliveryProvides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations;
