Project Manager - Construction - Athlone HireForce is working with an Irish construction company that specializes in the residential construction sector throughout Ireland & the UK. Our client is in the market for a Project Manager to join their team based in Longford. This is a full-time role for a Project Manager and will be responsible for overseeing upcoming projects in the midland and northern region of Ireland. Roles & Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating of Site Managers, Design teams and subcontractors for his/her respective project. Preparing and reporting against Project schedule. Charing and preparing reports for Internal and Client facing progress meetings. Managing and supporting site teams with regards to Health and Safety. Managing and coordinating site and factory QC/BCAR inspections. Overseeing the logistics between factory and site operations. Liaising with Commercial team to ensure projects are procured on time and completed within budget. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field. At least 5 years experience in a similar role. Strong organisational and communication skills. IT literate with experience of utilising project management software. Remuneration: Salary is between 70k-85k DOE and there is also a car/fuel allowance.
