KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Infrastructure Oversight : Guarantee the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems to support site operations. Identify and execute improvements for efficiency and future-readiness. Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and inspire an IT team to deliver top-tier service. Encourage the adoption of best practices and modern technologies that align with team and organizational goals. Technical Assistance : Deliver prompt solutions to critical IT problems, particularly those affecting production continuity. Work with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and outcomes. Monitor service delivery against key performance indicators (KPIs). Oversee 24/7 IT support to maintain seamless operations and swift issue resolution. Security and Compliance : Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive systems and data. Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry standards. Conduct periodic security evaluations and risk assessments. Project Delivery : Manage IT projects, such as system upgrades, software rollouts, and new technology integrations. Collaborate with site leaders to determine priorities and recommend innovative solutions. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Cross-Functional Engagement : Align IT capabilities with organizational strategy and operational goals. Facilitate process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
