Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs.
You will work on both front-end and back-end components of our applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and modern UI technologies.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions.
Develop high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code.
Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall system design.
Manage stakeholders by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Ensure adherence to security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Significant experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
Solid understanding of message queue technologies such as Kafka and MQ.
Proficiency in modern UI technologies such as React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with advanced concepts like concurrency, design principles, and designing optimal solutions.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
Familiarity with security best practices.
