Work with the Store Manager to optimize store routines, ensure the store is ready for customers, and achieve strong sales results
Create a positive, energetic environment where your team can develop and succeed
Support the Store Manager by communicating effectively, leading, and coaching the team on the sales floor, aligned with company leadership values
Train colleagues to prioritize customer service, identify customer needs, and upsell
