# Business AnalystBusiness AnalystSalary€NegotiableLocationDublin, IrelandContractTemporaryIndustryNon-life---ContactTim ******### **Position Overview**We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with a strong background in health insurance to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing business needs, identifying process improvements, and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance in a complex healthcare insurance environment.### **Key Responsibilities*** Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across operations, product, compliance, and IT.* Analyse health insurance claims, enrolment, provider, and member data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.* Develop and maintain process maps, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications for system and process enhancements.* Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, provider relations, compliance, IT, and customer service.* Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for operational or regulatory changes.* Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), QA processes, and post-implementation reviews.* Generate reports and dashboards using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to inform business decisions.* Stay current with industry trends, health policy updates, and emerging technologies.### ### **Required Qualifications*** 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in the health insurance industry.* Strong knowledge of health insurance concepts including claims processing, enrollment, benefits design, and provider networks.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.* Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.### ### **Preferred Qualifications*** Experience with healthcare data systems* Hands-on experience with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and process modeling tools.* Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.#J-*****-Ljbffr
