OverviewJob Title:Procurement Manager – Data Centre & Industrial ProjectsLocation:Dublin, IrelandEmployment Type:Full-Time | PermanentSector:Construction / Engineering / ProcurementMy client are seeking an experiencedProcurement Managerto join our dynamic team in Dublin, supporting majordata centre and industrial facility buildsacross Ireland and Europe.This is a critical role within our organisation, responsible for overseeing strategic procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.You will play a key role in project delivery, working closely with project managers, design teams, commercial leads, and external stakeholders to ensure our supply chain supports high-quality, on-time, and on-budget construction outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end procurement processes for data centre and industrial construction projects.Develop and execute project-specific procurement strategies in alignment with project timelines and budgets.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to ensure competitive sourcing.Prepare and manage tender packages, supplier agreements, and contracts.Collaborate with project and commercial teams to forecast procurement needs.Maintain compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.Drive supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum5 years' experiencein procurement within theconstruction industry, ideally with exposure todata centre or industrial projects.Proven ability to manage high-value procurement packages and complex supply chains.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management abilities.Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.Knowledge of EU procurement regulations and construction contracts (e.g. FIDIC, NEC) is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career progression in a rapidly growing sector.Exposure to high-profile, cutting-edge construction projects.A collaborative and supportive team environment.Training and development opportunities across the organisation.How to ApplySubmit your CV and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role to and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.I look forward to hearing from you.#J-*****-Ljbffr
