We are seeking an experienced commercial manager to join our team in Kildare.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.Represent the company at meetings and ensure business interests are consistently protected.Support sector leaders with commercial and contractual duties.Collaborate with finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery.Prepare and manage valuations, applications for payment, reconciliations, and certification of amounts due.Monitor and report on cash flow, financial performance, and project profitability.Ensure timely recovery of all entitlements and payments due to the business.Work with procurement teams to establish supplier agreements and subcontractor packages.Lead and motivate commercial teams, ensuring high levels of performance and morale.RequirementsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.Professional membership of a relevant institution (e.g., RICS, SCSI, CIOB).Minimum 10 years of experience within the construction industry, with a strong background in contract and commercial management.Proven experience working on public sector contracts.Full clean Irish/EU driving license.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership abilities.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €65,******-€126,****** per yearWork Location: In person
