We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Store Manager to join our the Allcare Pharmacy team in Clane.The RoleOur Store Managers are essential members of our team who lead and inspire their colleagues.As Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of your store and motivating your team while nurturing the Allcare Pharmacy culture in line with our Core Values – Ambition, Positive Teamwork, Customer Care, Professionalism and Reliability.Our Store Managers lead and inspire.Taking responsibility for the overall running of your store, your primary focus will be accomplishing and exceeding store targets whilst also nurturing the Allcare Pharmacy culture.As a motivating leader, you will empower those around you to be their best, to innovate, and very importantly, to have fun whilst doing it.We are looking for someone who is fully flexible from Monday to Sunday and who is dynamic and energetic to join our team.Full-time: 40 HoursSupported in-store by an excellent team and a support officeRosters are published up to 8 weeks in advanceExcellent training and support structures are also available centrally from our management teamKey ResponsibilitiesAnalysing daily, weekly, monthly sales figures to ensure store profitability.Ensuring that high standards are maintained for our customers and teamsManagement of stock and cash in line with company proceduresSupervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the storeUnderstanding and meeting the commercial needs of the businessMaintaining a high level of customer serviceDeveloping strong relationships with our customersEfficient management of store operations, including cost management & rostering efficiencyEffective performance management of colleagues including appraisals, disciplining, coaching, motivation & mentoringEnsuring full compliance with health and safety legislationWhat are we looking forLeading team behaviour to ensure customers and colleagues realise that they are at the core of our businessBuilding strong working relationships within the instore team and across the businessFostering a learning environment, consistently developing employee knowledge and skills through formal and informal training and mentoringProviding direction and motivation to deal with challenges and celebrating successWhat we would like from you2 years Store Manager/ People Manager experience – within a Pharmacy setting would be preferable but not essentialThe ability to lead and motivate a teamPrevious Dispensary experience preferredExcellent communication and 'people' skillsThe ability to work in a busy environment and handle challenging situationsPositivity, drive and enthusiasm with the ability that takes responsibility and makes decisionsStrong commercial acumenConfidence, drive and enthusiasm.Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.The ability to understand and analyse sales figures.What we promise youCompetitive salaryQuarterly bonusesGenerous staff discounts in-store'Refer-a-friend' bonus schemeTax-saver travelAdditional long-service daysIf you're a people person and have ambitions to join a progressive company, we'd love to hear from you today.Allcare Pharmacy is an equal opportunities employerallcare
