Overview;As a Deputy Store Manager, your main role will be tosupport the Store Manager in leading and inspiring yourteam to deliver a "Castore World Class Shoppingexperience." Your time will be split between supportingthe Store Manager with future objectives and balancing themanagement of the day-to-day store operation ensuringeverything runs smoothly.You will support the team indelivering the service and sales proposition for the storeand ensuring that the customer is at the heart of what wedo.Your mission is to ensure we put the customer first –always.You will ensure all employees are given what they need toknow, when they need to know it so that they'reempowered and informed.In your role, you will have avariety of focus areas which means you are always learningnew things, including growing sales and developing aservice focused team who will continue to drive thebusiness forward.You will also be responsible forsupporting all operations within the store, both front andback of house.Responsibilities;You ensure company policy and procedures are adhered to throughout the store and that robust systems are in place to protect the business.Keep team documentation up-to-date and stored according to company procedures and legal requirements, supporting the retail leadership team with HR documentation for effective team Management.Manage all administrative and back-of-house operations, including cash handling and overseeing the delivery process/paperwork for deliveries etc.Ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies in the store, promptly escalating any issues to the Head Office team as needed.You run a slick operation to deliver all KPI's and profit targets.You oversee the store visual to ensure brand standards and implemented and maintained through creative and visual excellenceYou ensure there is good availability of stock and educate the teams in ASO for our customers.Elevate your performance to new heights as you drive sales plans and surpass targets.Set compelling objectives for your team, fostering a service centered approach that ensures unparalleled customer serviceQualifications;The ability to take full responsibility for the customer, the team and oneself, and in doing so; be able to take ownership of constructive feedback from others.Effective communication skills1+ years in a managerial positionTime management skillsCapable of making logical decisions under pressureAble to use ones initiativeMust be able to work 40 hrs.Available Mon-Sun.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €34,******-€36,****** per yearBenefits:Employee discountSick payStore discountWork Location: In person
