Job Title: Recruitment ExecutiveLocation: Naas, Co.KildareReports to: Recruitment & Operations ManagerAbout DECI LtdDECI Ltd is a growing engineering and commissioning company working across Europe, the Middle East, and the USA.While data centers are at the core of what we do, our expertise also spans energy, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and other high-tech industries.We partner with leading global clients to deliver complex, large-scale projects, and our reputation is built on quality, trust, and long-term collaboration.At DECI, we pride ourselves on offering exciting opportunities to work on innovative projects and grow in a fast-paced, international environment.Role OverviewThe Recruitment Executive will play a key role in supporting DECI's growth by sourcing and placing both external and internal hires across Europe and the United States.Working directly with project managers and the director, this position focuses on securing high-value roles on site, with a strong emphasis on the data center industry.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with project managers and the director to identify staffing needs and timelines.Manage the recruitment process for external and internal hires, from sourcing through to placement.Recruit for technical and project roles in the data center industry, including commissioning, engineering, and management positions.Develop and maintain pipelines of talent across Europe and the US.Create and manage job postings across job boards, LinkedIn, and university platforms.Pre-screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communication through the process.Ensure accurate candidate tracking and compliance within DECI's recruitment systems.Provide insights on international recruitment markets and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.Support onboarding processes and deliver a positive candidate experience.Key Skills & AttributesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise multiple projects across regions.Proactive, resourceful, and confident in engaging candidates directly.Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven international environment.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious recruitment experience (in-house or agency) required.Experience recruiting in the data center industry is strongly preferred.Experience recruiting in the United States is a significant asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong administrative skills.Please Note: The office is currently based in Naas; however, it may be moving in the new year closer to Kildare town or Monasterevin.Job Type: Full-timePay: €35,******-€48,****** per yearBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionFree or subsidised travelOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
