Finance Business Partner Reports to: Head of Finance
Our client, a respected organisation based in Dublin 7, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic finance team.
This is a strategic and collaborative role, ideal for a qualified finance professional who thrives on partnering with stakeholders to drive performance and support decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with departments to align financial planning with strategic objectivesLead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processesDeliver insightful financial analysis, dashboards, and business intelligenceEnsure robust financial controls and support internal and external auditsFoster strong relationships and enhance financial literacy across the organisationIdeal CandidateQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance business partnering roleStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsProficient in Excel and financial systems (e.g.
Sage, SAP, Oracle)Experience in not-for-profit, public sector, or membership-based organisations is advantageousThis is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a purpose-driven environment.
