Barden are delighted to be assisting a rapidly growing Manufacturing company based in Meath to identify a Finance Business Partner on the Operations/ Manufacturing side. This is a 12 month FTC role.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Partner with the Operations and Site Management teams to deliver data-driven financial insights and performance analysis.
  • Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports for operational business units.
  • Support monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary for operational activities, including cost of sales and inventory.
  • Ensure robust and accurate governance structures & KPIs to support future planning and decision making

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • Qualified accounting professional with 5+ years PQE.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing business required.
  • Strong financial and commercial expertise.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
