We are seeking a commercially driven, results-oriented Retail Sales and Operations Manager to lead our growth in the Republic of Ireland.
This is a high-impact role for a natural sales leader who thrives on building relationships, growing brand presence, and delivering measurable results.
You will treat your territory like your own business—owning the customer experience, driving local sales, and building brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth & Brand Awareness: Lead growth in market share and customer base across ROI; build and execute local sales strategies; develop new customer pipelines; champion the brand through local marketing and community engagement.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, train, and motivate a customer-focused team; set performance targets; foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement; ensure exceptional customer service.
Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, local authorities, and hospitals; position WFF as a trusted partner supporting independent living.
Commercial & Operational Excellence: Own the P&L for the territory; manage costs effectively; use data for decision-making; report on sales, customer growth, and financial performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or healthcare.
Self-starter with strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
Passionate about customer service and making a difference.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience managing a P&L and achieving growth targets.
Must hold a manual driving licence for at least 2 years.
