Key Responsibilities Inventory Selection & Management Collaborate with the buying team on product selection and assortment planning Participate in seasonal buying meetings, bringing insights from store visits and customer feedback Travel to Denmark to engage in on-site buying with our Danish colleagues Monitoring stock levels on the store floor and in storage areas Managing inventory levels and adjusting orders to meet sales demand Processing inventory transfers Using software to track inventory levels, orders, sales, and deliveries Visual Merchandising & Product Display Designing and setting up enticing product plans Coordinating with visual merchandisers to ensure appealing product presentation Executing visual merchandising strategies and ensuring merchandise is displayed according to planograms Sales Analysis & Reporting Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to make informed decisions about product assortment and quantities Monitoring sales performance and inventory turnover Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Providing regular reports to management regarding sales trends, inventory performance, and product performance Essential Skills Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of inventory control systems and software Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems Analytical Skills Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights Budgeting across multiple locations to meet the needs of the business Strong understanding of retail math and key performance indicators (KPIs) Soft Skills Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Merchandising & Attention to detail Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities and business needs Other Skills & Qualities Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends Creativity and visual merchandising skills Customer service skills The Package Competitive basic salary (DOE) Contributory pension scheme (After Probation) Company car Fuel card Toll tag Company phone & laptop Company credit card Company discount card Flexible working hours Heavily discounted clothing samples 3pm finish on Fridays Half day on birthdays Quarterly company events Maternity/Paternity Open up Employee Assistance Program 24/7,365 days a year ABOUT BESTSELLER At BESTSELLER, we are more than 20,000 people in 38 different countries working for over 20 fashion brands such as JACK & JONES, SELECTED, VERO MODA, ONLY, PIECES, VILA, OBJECT, MAMALICIOUS, NAME IT, NOISY MAY and Y.A.S.
