Financial Reporting Analyst
to enhance their Finance Department, aiding in the strategic analysis and reporting necessary for continued success and growth.
Role & Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and present accurate statutory financial reports in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to extract actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with the fund accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance across all managed funds.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations and practices within financial reporting to ensure compliance and best practices.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the financial reporting process.
Key Skills
Profound understanding and experience in Statutory Reporting and fund accounting according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from management and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and adherence to tight deadlines.
Proficiency in financial reporting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
