Overview

Financial Analyst role located in Leopardstown, Dublin 18. The position involves inputting income and expense entries, managing invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and keeping records up to date.

Responsibilities
  • Input Income and Expenses Entries, Manage Invoices, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and keep records up to date.
  • Update the General Ledger with journals, investment transactions, invoices, receipts, etc.
  • Prepare financial information for regulatory reporting.
  • Analyse insurance related costs and other areas.
  • Support the processing of payments from General Ledger through LPINSs online banking system.
  • Support the preparation of daily cash management and the timely reporting to the relevant parties.
  • Complete monthly control reconciliations.
  • Work with other departments on resolving queries around premiums, commission, insurance related costs and claims.
  • Support annual Group, Statutory or other audits as needed.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and analysis.
  • Participate in and support finance department projects.
  • Working From Home 2 days per week.
