Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef to join our dynamic team at Happy Cup Cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Control the Pass: Efficiently manage the pass, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and delivered promptly. Maintain Standards: Uphold the quality and consistency of our menu items, following established recipes and presentation guidelines. Work Under Pressure: Operate effectively in a busy kitchen, managing multiple orders and maintaining composure under pressure. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment. Hygiene and Safety: Ensure all food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety regulations, HCCAP maintaining a clean and organised kitchen. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role. Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work well in a team. Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
