Opportunity for anAudit Manager/General Practice Managerto join an independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers, providing professional services to Irish and international entrepreneurs, individuals and companies operating in Ireland and overseas.Responsibilities:Reporting directly to Partners, working towards the achievement of firm goalsLeading audit and audit exempt assignments from a combined pool of staff to achieve client satisfaction and attainable deadlinesManage and mentor a team of audit professionalsResponsible for working to deadlines and within budget on each assignmentManagement of the firm's relationship with clients including service delivery and coordination of service offerings from other departmentsStay abreast of changes in auditing standards and regulationsInvolvement in training of junior staffContribute to the growth and strategic direction of the firmRequirements:ACCA/ACA with a minimum 4 years PQE in medium/large practice environmentTax experience advantageousProven track record in managing and developing staffExcellent planning and organisational capabilitiesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersExcellent knowledge of auditing standards and regulationsAbility to work to deadlines and deliver under pressureIf you are an Audit Manager/General Accounts Manager, please send your CV to******.All CVs are treated with confidence and will not be shared without your permission.#J-*****-Ljbffr
